Directions for use:
Mix 37 grams (1 scoop) with approximately 100 ml/3.3 fl oz of skim milk or water. Shake or mix vigorously until the point where it looks like a conventional pancake batter. Pour it in a non-stick pan and fry on medium heat until it gets a golden brown color on both sides. TIP: You can experiment with the thickness and texture of the batter, the size of the pancakes as well as the frying time, until you reach just the result that you specifically desire.

Mix 37 g (1 scoop) daily with approx. 100 ml skim milk or water. Stir vigorously until a pancake dough is formed. Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and fry it from both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Experiment with dough thickness, size and roast time until you get a pancake that suits your needs.
